In the process of pre cleaning the raw material “pulses” is pre cleaned to remove impurities like stones, mud-balls and dust foreign matters and pebbles, particles with De-stoner, gravity machine seed cleaner, Gravity seperator, machines installed in the plant. After pre cleaning the raw material is transferred to a storage tank where pods and plastic material are removed.

Metal detectors for food provide effective protection against ferrous and non-ferrous metals (aluminium, stainless steel, etc.). They can be installed in every step of the production process and can be used for many different applications, e.g. for the inspection of bread and bakery products, meat and sausage product, fruit, vegetables, dairy products, spices, sugar, etc. In addition to consumer protection, metal detectors also are used to protect machinery. Even smallest metal particles can lead to machinery failure. Expensive repairs and production downtimes are the consequences, often followed by revenue decreases.

From the storage tank it is transferred to a dryer to reduce the moisture level from the dryer it is taken to a cooling bins, which maintains the moisture level of the dal.

In de-husking process the outer cover of the raw material i.e. pulses is removed by passing it through several hulls. In this process some of the pulses are split into two halves. From here the pulses is transferred to a drying yard or a drying machine.

After the drying process is over the grains, which are not, yet split into two halves are spited into two halves using a splitting machine. The pulses then undergoes grading where it is graded based on grain size.

After grading the dal according to the size, it goes on to the color sorter machine where the grain is sorted according to the color. Green color and other impurities are removed and only pure yellow grain is allowed to go for the further process.

The finished product pulses that comes from the sorter machine now undergoes different quality of polishing based on customer needs.
